This enables us to consistently remain competitive in our prices. We can provide Royal Mail Special delivery at an additional cost – please contact us to find out the extra cost for this service.
All our spectacles are posted in a hard case for protection and to aid with their on-going security once delivered to you. Each package we deliver is able to be inserted into a standard-sized letterbox.
We only deliver to a UK address.

What if your Glasses don’t turn up?
What can I do if I don’t receive my spectacles? If you have waited more than 14 working days for standard delivery and have not received you order, please contact our Customer Services Department so we can find out what’s happened to your order. More complex orders may well take a little longer and we’d ask you to wait 20 working days before contacting us. However, if you’re really anxious – just contact our Customer Services Department and we’ll let you know what’s happening!
