Our ‘Try at Home’ service allows you to order frame on a 14 day trial basis. Simply choose the frame you wish to trial and click on the ‘Try at Home’ button on the product page. Complete the check-out as normal. We take a 50% deposit for each item, together with £2.95 to cover postage and packing costs.
We then send you a sample of the frame(s) you wish to try, fitted with blank demo lenses. You can try the frame(s) for style and fitting, for up to 14 days. When you return the frame(s) to us, we refund the deposit to your card. The Postage and packing costs are not refundable.
Should you decide to buy one of the frames you have had on a ‘Try-at-Home’ basis, simply buy the frame from our site, inputting your prescription details when instructed. We will treat this as a separate transaction for your credit or debit card purposes.
In the event that the ‘Try-at-Home’ frame(s) is/are not be returned within 14 days we will assume that you want to keep it/them ‘as is’ and will charge your card for the full balance of the monies due in respect of the frames so purchased. This charge will be the difference between your deposit already paid and the full purchase cost of the fame as displayed on our website using the ‘Buy Now’ procedure.
